Aguas Frescas is a privately-owned villa set in extensive, mature gardens with a heated pool, and is ideally suited to families. It has a hilltop location on the outskirts of a small village near San Pedro, giving it excellent views from the roof terrace whilst retaining its privacy. The villa has been recently redecorated, and is comfortable, well-equipped and welcoming. Located 5 minutes drive from the beaches and shops of San Pedro de Alcantara, it is also within easy reach of numerous excellent golf courses. Both pool and villa are heated, making it ideal for winter as well as summer rental. A local managing agent is on hand and a daily cleaning service is available at an extra charge by arrangement in advance.
The villa comprises 4 bedrooms (one double, three twins) each with ensuite bathroom or shower room, a spacious living/dining area with fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa is fully air-conditioned. The separate pool house contains washing / drying facilities. A highchair is available by request in advance.
The mature garden is extensive, and provides plenty of space for children to play, as well as shady spots and sunny terraces. In season fresh lemons can be picked at the bottom of the garden. The pool can be heated (extra charge payable) and may be fenced off if necessary. The villa also has underfloor heating in the living room. The local village offers a shop, restaurant and bar. Nearby San Pedro (5 minutes) offers a wide range of shops, restaurants as well as beaches, and the fashionable port of Puerto Banus is only 10 minutes away. Nearest airport: Malaga (40 minutes via the new autovia).
